Eden Nannies & Maternity recruit only the very best
candidates. The vast majority of Nannies and all
Nursery Nurses hold the Diploma in Childcare and
Education (DCE) (previously known as NNEB) or
similar qualification, and some have been privately
trained at colleges such as Norland and Chiltern.
The recommended qualifications are
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education
(DCE-L3)
CACHE NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and
Development (NVQCCLD-L3)
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Home-based Child Care
(DHC-L3)

Where there is no formal qualification, only nannies
with a minimum of two years experience are
registered at Eden Nannies & Maternity.
